Before completing any reservation or purchase, you should carefully review and confirm the final price, availability, restrictions, fees, and applicable booking conditions directly with the relevant Travel Provider.

3. BOOKINGS AND TRANSACTIONS

faresearchnow may provide search and comparison functionality and may direct you to a third-party Travel Provider to complete your reservation or purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, faresearchnow is not the merchant, seller, airline, hotel, rental-car company, insurer, tour operator, or other provider of the travel product you purchase.

Your booking agreement is directly with the applicable Travel Provider.

Questions or issues involving an existing reservation—including cancellations, changes, refunds, rebooking, payment disputes, baggage matters, schedule changes, or complaints regarding a travel service—should be addressed directly with the Travel Provider responsible for the booking.

faresearchnow does not guarantee that a Travel Provider will accept, honor, change, cancel, or refund any booking.
